Job Summary:

The Patient Support Specialist is responsible for assisting patients by verifying their information, processing returns, placing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer patient calls and provide support for inquiries.

• Verify patient information and insurance details for order processing.

• Process returns and address related concerns.

• Place and track patient orders for medical equipment.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or DME.

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and order processing.
